Who we are
Incorporated in 2021 under the Companies Law of Ghana, Dwamena Aboagye Limited and now referred to as DWAMENA ABOAGYE CONSULT (DAC) is a Consulting organization that offers policy development, customized training and sensitization programs for corporates in the public, private and civil society sectors.
DAC offers training aimed at Management and Staff of companies and organizations to build capacity and assist in the promotion and implementation of strategic measures for transformation, promote gender equity, enhance soft skills necessary for growth and to eliminate norms and practices that undermine workplace relationships and productivity.
DAC’s work aims at benefiting organizations holistically; however, it carves a special niche targeting women’s leadership development and empowerment within the corporate space.
Training programs
We offer services including customized training and sensitization programs for various public and private companies and organizations. We aim at Management and Staff of companies and organizations to build capacity and assist in the promotion and implementation of strategic measures for transformation, promote gender equity and to eliminate discriminatory norms and practices that undermine workplace relationships and productivity.
DAL designs and develops culturally appropriate and context-specific sensitization and training programs for companies and organizations to enable their staff gain a broader understanding and the benefits of gender issues and related matters.
